• $999 - Between January 1 - February 1

• $1,250 - After February 1

• $1,300 - Onsite

Early Career Physician (less than 2 years out of residency/fellowship):

• $650 - Before December 31

• $750 - Between January 1 - February 1

• $800 - After February 1

• $1,300 - Onsite

International Physician Attendees: 

• $750 - Before December 31

• $850 - Between January 1 - February 1

• $1,000 - After February 1

• $1,300 - Onsite

• $400 - Till February 1

• $650 - Onsite

Advanced Practice Provider (PA, NP, APRN, PT, etc): 

• $650 - Till February 1
