What is included in my registration fee?

  • Breakfast & Lunch Thursday, Friday & Saturday 

  • Thursday Night Welcome Reception

  • Category 1 CME credits and an additional Self Assessment CME for ABOS Maintenance of Certification. 

  • Access to Exhibit Hall & time to network with over 20 industry sponsors 

  • Invitations to attend over 10 industry workshops 

  • Sunday Young Surgeons Forum Session 

What are the registration rates?

  • Physicians:

    • $899 - Before December 8

    • $999 - Between December 9 - January 31

    • $1,250 - After January 31

    • $1,300 - Onsite 

  • Early Career Physician (less than 2 years out of residency/fellowship):

    • $650 - Before December 8

    • $750 - Between December 9 - January 31

    • $800 - After January 31

    • $1,300 - Onsite

  • International Physician Attendees: 

    • $750 - Before December 8

    • $850 - Between December 9 - January 31

    • $1,000 - After January 31

    • $1,300 - Onsite

  • Resident/Fellow/Medical Student:

    • $400 - Till January 31

    • $500 - After January 31

    • $650 - Onsite

  • Advanced Practice Provider (PA, NP, APRN, PT, etc):

    • $650 - Till January 31
      $700 - After January 31
      $800 - Onsite

  • Guest/Spouse of Conference Attendee: $200 (includes access to conference breakfasts, lunches & receptions) 

How do I make a hotel reservation?

A discounted group rate has been blocked at the Loews for $419/night plus tax & $25 resort fee. The discounted rate will be available till March 23rd or till the block sells out.

Apply For A Scholarship 

The Shoulder360 Planning Committee is proud to offer 40 Education Scholarships to support residents and fellows attending the Shoulder360 Course. These scholarships cover full course tuition to help reduce financial barriers to participation.

Preference will be given to underrepresented minorities and women; however, all eligible applicants are encouraged to apply.

Application Deadline: February 16, 2026

Applicants will be evaluated based on:

  • Enrollment as an orthopedic resident or fellow

  • Training in an accredited program

  • Thoughtful, well-written application responses

  • Letter of recommendation from residency or fellowship director

​

Recipients must:

  • Check in daily at the registration desk and attend Shoulder360 sessions

  • Attend the Young Surgeons Forum on Sunday, April 26, 2026 (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

  • Stay at Loews Miami for at least Saturday night

  • Attend the full YSF session; reimbursement will be processed at its conclusion on Sunday

Registration Cancellation Policy

All conference cancellations must be made in writing by emailing to shoulder360course@gmail.com. Cancellations made by Monday, March 2, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. A 50% refund will be received if made between March 2 - April 3, 2026. Cancellations made after April 3, 2026 will not receive a refund.
