How do I register for the conference?

What is included in my registration fee?

  • Breakfast & Lunch Thursday, Friday & Saturday 

  • Thursday Night Welcome Reception

  • Saturday Night Closing Reception 

  • Category 1 CME credits and an additional Self Assessment CME for ABOS Maintenance of Certification. 

  • Access to Exhibit Hall & time to network with over 20 industry sponsors 

  • Invitations to attend over 10 industry workshops 

How much is the registration fee?

  • Physicians - $899 (Rates increase after November 1st)

  • Advanced Practice Provider (PA, NP, PT) - $650

  • Fellow/Resident/Medical Student - $400

  • Attendees from Europe - $700

  • Guest/Spouse Registration - $200 (includes access to conference breakfasts, lunches & receptions) 

Are there scholarship opportunities?

Yes, scholarship opportunities are available for medical students, residents & fellows. Scholarship will be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis.

Registration Cancellation Policy 

All conference cancellations must be made in writing by emailing to shoulder360course@gmail.com. Cancellations made by Monday, March 1, 2023 will receive a full refund. A 50% refund will be received if made between March 1 - 31, 2023. Cancellations received after April 1 will not receive a refund. 

Will the Shoulder360 course offer CME credits? 

Yes, the Shoulder360 course will offer CME credits. Check back here to see the official number of hours offered. 

Is there a meeting app?

Shoulder360 is proud to partner with Orthobullets for the 2023 conference. We will be using the Bullets* app during the conference to share the latest program information, live audience polling, and much more. Download the Bullets* app and either log in with your existing account or create a new account through the "Join Now" button. 

 

Please use the same email for your Orthobullets account as the one used in your meeting registration. If you have an existing Orthobullets account under a different email, please reach out to rachel.hoppner@orthobullets.com so that we make sure to get your account in the conference group.

Where should I stay?

All conference events will take place at the Loews Miami Beach. Visit the "Venue" tab to make your hotel reservations online. 

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend?

Yes, we request all attendees be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to arrival.
